There are occasional cases where packages come back to us as undelivered.
- Several possible reasons could explain why a package is returned as undeliverable:
- When an address is incorrect or outdated, the courier may keep the package for some time before returning it to us. Verify the address to avoid this issue.
- If you made an error in the shipping address and the package has already been shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page. We will assess whether we can arrange for a replacement, but please keep in mind that refunds are not available as all sales are final.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided in your order and you contacted us before the order shipped submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can check on what would be the best approach to resolve the issue and make things right!

- If you contacted us about an address error before your order shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form. We’ll investigate and determine the best way to resolve the issue quickly and ensure that your order is delivered correctly.
- If there's a mistake in the street name, zip code, or city, we will work with your local post office to resolve the issue. If it’s too late to amend the details, we’ll send a replacement order to you.

- There are occasions where the address entered is not recognized by our system, or the package has been assigned to a carrier who cannot deliver to that specific address.
- If you’ve provided a restricted address like a prison or correctional facility, delivery might be subject to limitations or special restrictions enforced by the institution or delivery carrier.
- If the carrier fails to deliver the package, they will make several attempts. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
- If the recipient doesn't expect the package, they might refuse it, thinking it was sent by mistake. This is common for gift deliveries.
