1. As a small business, we work hard to process and ship your order immediately after it’s placed. Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly as possible, without unnecessary delays.
2. We humbly request your understanding as we face significant costs as a small business, meaning we cannot accommodate CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, or RETURNS. Once the order payment is processed and the order number is generated, it is directed to the Fulfillment Center for immediate processing. As a result, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
